Social + website, one login
Social media management software that also runs your website
WDIBoard schedules posts to 10 networks — including Reddit — and monitors, analyses and audits the website those posts point to. Unlimited team members and unlimited connected channels on every plan, including Free.
Your social calendar and your website live in two different tools
Most teams schedule posts in one product and watch what those posts actually do — traffic, conversions, uptime — in two or three others: an analytics tool, a status-page tool, an SEO tool. Each one bills per seat, so adding a client-approver or a part-time editor costs more every month. None of them talk to each other, so "did that Instagram post move any traffic" is a manual export-and-eyeball job.
WDIBoard is one login for both halves of the job. The same workspace that schedules the post also tracks whether the link in it got clicked, whether the page it points to loaded fast, and whether the site was even up when the post went out.
All 10 networks, Reddit included
No per-network add-on fee on any paid plan. All 10 networks from Creator up; Free covers nine of them.
Reddit is the one mainstream tools skip, and it's the one we built out furthest: subreddit selection with live rules validation before you post, flair selection, karma and upvote-ratio tracking after, removal alerts if a subreddit's moderators pull the post, and best-time-per-subreddit analytics — because Reddit's best posting time is different for every community, not one global number. Read more on the Reddit scheduler page.
Social capabilities, in one calendar
A composer builds per-network variants of the same post with a live preview for each, so what you approve is what publishes — not a generic caption stretched across ten formats. Thread builder for X, LinkedIn, Bluesky and Mastodon. Carousel and album editor, first-comment scheduling, and a media library that probes video files before they hit a network's upload limits.
The calendar itself runs month, week or list view with per-channel queues and time-slot templates, plus best-time-to-post suggestions. Bulk CSV import handles a quarter's content in one pass. Campaigns and content pillars use colour labels to keep a mixed content plan readable, and evergreen recycling rules requeue posts that are still worth another run. Every published link gets UTM tags automatically, which is what makes the traffic-back-to-analytics loop possible.
Every post moves through an explicit lifecycle — Draft, In review, Approved, Scheduled, Publishing, Published, and (honestly) sometimes Partially published or Failed — with an error taxonomy that tells you whether a failure is retryable, an expired auth token, rejected content, or a rate limit, instead of a generic "something went wrong". See the full breakdown on social media scheduling, the content calendar, and social analytics.
Replies and mentions don't need a separate app either. A unified inbox pulls comments, DMs, mentions and Google Business Profile reviews into one queue with assignment, tags, saved replies, sentiment labels and SLA timers, so a busy launch day doesn't mean tab-switching between five networks to find what needs a reply. Keyword-triggered automation rules and spam filtering keep the queue down to what actually needs a human. More on the unified inbox.
The website suite — where social tools stop
This is the actual reason WDIBoard exists as one product instead of two. A social scheduler that doesn't know what happens after the click is only doing half the job.
Cookieless analytics
A snippet under 2 KB, server-side sessionization via a daily-rotating hash — no cookies, no persistent identifier, no cookie banner required. Pageviews, referrers, UTM, country, device, live visitors, goals and events.
Session replay and heatmaps
rrweb-based recording with inputs privacy-masked by default. Click, scroll and move heatmaps, plus rage-click detection, filterable by page, device and goal.
Uptime and change monitoring
Single-origin uptime probes with an incident log, SSL and domain expiry alerts, broken-link and mixed-content sweeps, Core Web Vitals tracking, and change detection. Alerts to email, Slack, Telegram or a generic webhook.
There's also a free public site audit — no signup — scoring performance, SEO, security headers, accessibility and content. All of it rolls up into a single branded client report alongside the social numbers, which is the flagship reason agencies use WDIBoard instead of stitching two tools together. Full detail on the website suite page.
Unlimited team members, unlimited channels, on Free too
There is no seat count anywhere in WDIBoard's plans. Add every editor, client-approver and analyst you have — the price doesn't move. There's no channel limit either: connect as many accounts as you use at no extra cost, on every plan. Free covers nine of the ten supported networks; X joins the rest on Creator, Studio and Agency, also with no per-network fee. The only real limits are brands, monthly posts, analytics history and that one network, and they scale with the plan tier — see the exact numbers on the pricing page.
Collaboration runs on six roles — Owner, Admin, Editor, Contributor, Client-Approver, Analyst — with inline comments on posts and a workspace → brands → channels hierarchy that keeps clients or brands separated without separate logins. External client review links work without the client creating an account, and a full activity audit log tracks who approved what. Approval workflows are available on every plan, not gated behind the top tier. More on team collaboration.
AI Studio is optional — the product works without it
WDIBoard's AI features sit behind a feature flag that is off by default. Turn it on for brand-voice caption generation, hashtag suggestions, translation, blog-URL-to-post repurposing, and inbox reply drafts, credit-metered per workspace. Turn it off and every scheduling, analytics and website feature works exactly the same — nothing in the product requires AI to function. Real providers back it (an Anthropic driver and an OpenAI-compatible driver), so you're not locked into one vendor's model.
There's also a Sanctum-authenticated MCP server (POST /api/mcp), which lets Claude and other AI assistants drive the platform in natural language directly — a rare capability outside developer tools, let alone social schedulers.
Four plans, brand-based pricing
Pricing scales with how many brands you run, not how many people are on your team.
| Plan | Price | Brands | Posts / month | Trial |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | €0 | 1 | 30 | — |
| Creator | €15/mo | 3 | 1,000 | 14 days |
| Studio | €39/mo | 10 | 1,000 | 14 days |
| Agency | €99/mo | 30 | 1,000 | 14 days |
Every plan includes unlimited team members and unlimited channels, and every paid plan includes all 10 networks — Free covers nine of them. Full breakdown, including AI credits and analytics history per plan, on the pricing page.
Who WDIBoard is for
Agencies running several client brands from one team, where a per-seat tool means every new hire is a new line item — WDIBoard's brand-based pricing and unlimited team members remove that math entirely. In-house marketers who own both the social calendar and the website and are tired of reconciling numbers between two dashboards. And anyone who posts to Reddit as more than an afterthought — the subreddit-rules validation and removal alerts exist because Reddit punishes generic scheduling tools that don't understand its norms.
Frequently asked questions
Does WDIBoard really include Reddit?
Yes. Reddit is one of the 10 supported networks on every plan, with subreddit selection, live rules validation before you post, flair selection, karma and upvote-ratio tracking, removal alerts, and best-time-per-subreddit analytics.
Is there really no limit on team members?
Correct — there's no seat count on any plan, including Free. Add as many Editors, Contributors, Client-Approvers and Analysts as you need at no extra cost.
What social networks does WDIBoard support?
Reddit, X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Mastodon, Bluesky, Telegram and Google Business Profile — 10 networks, with no per-network fee. Free includes nine of them; all ten, including X, are available from Creator up.
Do I need to use the AI features?
No. AI Studio is off by default and sits behind a feature flag. Every scheduling, analytics, inbox and website feature works fully without it. Turn it on only if you want caption or reply drafting.
What's the website suite, exactly?
Cookieless web analytics, session replay and heatmaps, uptime and change monitoring, and a free public site audit — all in the same workspace as your social scheduling, so a client report can mix both.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers 1 brand, 30 posts a month, 90 days of analytics history, and nine of the ten networks (X is available from Creator up), with unlimited team members and channels. Paid plans add a 14-day trial before billing starts.
